Step 1: Initial Consultation

This is by phone, video call or face to face

We start with a consultation to identify what services we can asssit with.

Step 2: Preliminary Specification and Estimates

From drawings and SAP reports we complete an initial assessment to prepare specifications and estimates.

Step 3: Acceptance of an order

Upon acceptance of an order we allocate a office based project manager to work with your team to successfully install the solutions.

Step 4: Quality Control and Customer Handover

Following installation, we arrange for our dedicated Quality Control Manager to attend site for testing and customer handover.

Step 5: Ongoing Support and Mainteance

Our office based team are available for ongoing support and our dedicated service department are at hand to provide the annual servicing.
